By using vhernarabiana.online or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Vhern Arabiana ("I", "me"), a GoHighLevel automation consultant based in the Philippines. These terms cover your use of the website and the free discovery calls. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal.

2. What I offer

I design and build lead capture, follow-up, pipeline, onboarding, and reporting systems, mainly on GoHighLevel. Descriptions on this site are general and may change.

3. Discovery calls

  • The 20-minute review is free and carries no obligation on either side.
  • Please give accurate details and let me know if you need to reschedule or cancel.
  • I may reschedule or decline a call if needed.
  • Advice on a call is general and based on what you share. It isn't legal, tax, or financial advice.

4. Working together

No project begins until we both agree on scope, timeline, and fees in writing. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

5. Communications

When you submit a form or book a call, you agree that I may contact you about your request by email, text, or phone. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Message and data rates may apply. See the Privacy Policy for how I handle your information.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and only use the site lawfully.
  • Do not misuse the booking tools, attempt to break the site, or submit information that is not yours to share.
  • You are responsible for your own compliance when you send marketing messages through systems I build, including consent and opt-out rules.

7. Third-party tools

My services rely on platforms such as GoHighLevel and email or SMS providers. I don't control them, and their own terms apply. I am not responsible for outages, changes, or fees from those providers.

8. Intellectual property

The site's content, branding, and design belong to me unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Ownership of work delivered to clients will be set out in the project agreement.

9. No guarantees

I work to deliver good results, but I can't promise specific outcomes such as number of leads, bookings, or revenue. The site is provided "as is".

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the site or free calls. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought to the competent courts of the Philippines, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

12. Changes

I may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
