- To reply to your inquiry and schedule or run your discovery call.
- To send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your inquiry by email, text, or phone.
- To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, deliver the agreed services.
- To keep the site secure and improve how it works.
I do not sell your personal information.
4. Tools that process your data
I use third-party platforms to run this site and my follow-up process, such as GoHighLevel (CRM, forms, calendar, email, and SMS) and my email and calendar providers. These providers process your data on my behalf and under their own privacy terms. Your data may be stored or processed outside the Philippines.
5. Messages and opt-out
If you submit a form or book a call, you agree that I may contact you about that request by email, text, or phone. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP to a text, or emailing me. I will still send service messages about calls you have booked.

I share personal information only with the service providers described above, with professionals who help me run my business (such as accountants or legal advisers), or when the law requires it.
7. How long I keep it
I keep inquiry and booking data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any working relationship, and then for a reasonable period for records, legal, and tax purposes. You can ask me to delete it sooner.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and, where applicable, laws such as the GDPR, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and request a copy of your data.
